Video can be up to 90 seconds long…c'mon get our attention!
Video must be your unique creation…no swiping copyrighted material or using junk footage.
Video must be submitted in dvd format…no trashy vhs tapes allowed.
Video must not contain inappropriate content…like no nude frogs.
Every month Blu will select his fav video and handout $2,500 cold hard cash for the most ribbitingly creative show. Your video will be featured on the Blu Frog website and all of our social sites - the whole world can see.
At the end of 12 months, Blu picks the best of the best from the past winners. And that lucky frog will win an unbelievable $10,000 bucks and a 3-day all expenses paid Cancun vacation.
All videos submitted become the exclusive property of The Limu Company.
Blu reserves the right to broadcast, edit, or redistribute your video any way. Those are the rules, dude.
1. The Blu Frog Video Contest featuring $2,500 monthly prizes will begin November 1,
2008 and run through October 31, 2009. Each calendar month a $2,500 prize will be
awarded to the video judged by The Limu Company as the best submitted that month.
2. Entries submitted from the 26th day of a month through the 25th day of the next month will be
judged by The Limu Company, and one $2,500 prize will be awarded within 10 days
from the end of that month (assuming sufficient entries are received).
3. Winners of the $2,500 monthly prizes will be judged as a group at the end of the
contest, and one final grand prize winner will be awarded $10,000 and the all-expenses
paid Cancun Vacation in November, 2009 (assuming sufficient entries are received).
4. In order to award a $2,500 monthly prize, The Limu Company must receive at least 10
valid video entries in a month. If less that 10 entries are received in a month, there will be no
prize awarded in that month and all entries for that month will be included in the next
monthly contest. See Rule #2.
5. In order to award the $10,000 grand prize and the Cancun Vacation, The Limu Company
must receive at least 100 valid video entries over the course of the 12-month contest. If the
total number of entries is less than 100, The Limu Company will have the right not to
award the final prizes. See Rule #3.
6. Cash awards will be paid by check to the party submitting the winning video, with the
check sent to the address provided with the submission.
7. The all-expenses paid Cancun Vacation will include airfare for two from the closest
gateway city to the winner’s place of residence, hotel lodging for a 3-day and 2-night
stay, and 3 meals per day for each person, for a maximum of 3 days. Alcoholic
beverages are not included.
8. Entries must feature the Blu Frog brand and its graphics, available on the Blu Frog website at
www.blufrogenergy.com. Your video should clearly be all about Blu Frog.
9. Entries can be a maximum of 90 seconds in length.
10. Entries must represent your unique creation for Blu Frog, containing no other
copyrighted material.
11. All video entries must be submitted on DVD.
12. Video entries must not contain material deemed by the Limu Company as inappropriate
for a general audience. The Limu Company will be the sole judge of what is and is not
appropriate.
13. All entries must be received by 5:00pm on the 25th of each month, to be considered in
that month’s judging. Videos received after the 25th of a month will be included in the
next month’s judging, except in October, 2009.

15. Your video entry must consist of a DVD, your name and street address, your email
address and a daytime phone where you can be reached.
16. All video contest entries submitted become the sole property of The Limu Company.
The Limu Company reserves the right to broadcast, edit and redistribute any and all
submitted videos, in any way it chooses and in perpetuity.
17. You may submit multiple entries in each contest month or during the contest year, but
each entry must be on a separate DVD accompanied by your name, street address,
email address and a daytime phone number where you can be reached.
18. Employees and relatives of employees of The Limu Company are not eligible.
